• Location tracking is active ONLY during an active recording session
• Spatial data is timestamped and cryptographically linked to your project assets
• Background location access is required solely for maintaining sync velocity during task switching
• Third-party mapping providers receive only the coordinates necessary to render site visualizations

ASSET PROTECTION

Your documentation, photos, voice memos, and field notes are your intellectual property. We act as a high-speed conduit and vault for this data.

• End-to-end encryption for all media during transmission (AES-256)
• Zero unauthorized access by ZiaMap personnel to raw field data
• Redundant cloud storage protocols to prevent data leakage or loss

OPERATOR RIGHTS

You maintain full command over your data. You may execute the following protocols at any time through the operator console.

• Request full extraction of all stored session data
• Initialize the 'Purge Protocol' for permanent account and data deletion
• Modify communication relay preferences for engineering updates
• Audit active device authorizations

SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We only interface with systems essential to the ZiaMap performance stack, such as cloud infrastructure and error-tracking telemetry.
