1. OPERATIONAL SCOPE

ZiaMap provides a high-performance documentation and data synchronization platform designed specifically for professional land surveying and field engineering operations. Use of the system outside of professional surveying parameters is strictly prohibited.

2. DATA INTEGRITY & TELEMETRY

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of all field data captured. ZiaMap provides the infrastructure for high-speed transmission but does not verify the engineering validity of captured telemetry. All data synced through the system is subject to our encryption and privacy protocols.

• Maintain secure operator credentials at all times.
• Ensure hardware compliance with current mobile OS versions.
• Unauthorized data mining of the ZiaMap cloud infrastructure is grounds for immediate termination.

3. FOUNDER PROGRAM & SUBSCRIPTION

Participants in the Limited Founder Program (Batch 01) are granted lifetime price protection at the rate established at the time of deployment. This rate remains "locked" as long as the account remains active and in good standing. Failure to maintain payment will result in the loss of the Founder Rate tier.

4. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

ZiaMap is an "edge" technology. While we maintain a 99.9% sync velocity uptime, ZiaMap is not liable for data loss occurring due to hardware failure, lack of field connectivity, or operator error in hostile environments.

5. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or recalibrate the user interface and backend protocols to ensure maximum efficiency. Notification of major system shifts will be relayed through the primary operator dashboard.
